The 37th American Chemical Society Northeast Regional Meeting in Burlington Vermont will be the premiere chemistry conference in the northeastern United States in 2008. It will attract chemistry faculty, industrial chemists, and researchers from the ACS Northeast Region (Vermont, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Maine, Northern New York, Connecticut), from southeastern Canada, and beyond.

The NERM2008 exhibition will run for 1.5 days (Monday June 30 from 10:00am until 6:00pm, and Tuesday July 1 from 10:00am until 1:30pm), plus one evening (Sunday June 29), with several hours of exhibit-only time. Technical session breaks will be staggered to allow a more even flow of attendees to the exhibition. Coffee will be available in the exhibit areas.

Demographics of past ACS NERM meetings

Exhibition Space

The Sheraton Burlington Conference Center provides a professional environment for your exhibit. All exhibition space is in close proximity to technical session and workshop locations.

The Emerald Promenade surrounds the Emerald Ballroom (which will be split into three rooms for technical sessions on Monday and Tuesday). There are stunning views out of the windows on all sides of the promenade, and the natural light makes this a popular area for attendees to gather between sessions. Table-top exhibit spaces are available in this area (please contact the Exhibition Chair if you are interested in a larger exhibit space). Exhibitors in the Emerald Promenade will receive additional exposure during the opening reception, which will have an environmental chemistry, green chemistry, and alternative energy theme. They are asked to set up their exhibits before Sunday evening.
